What is in the supplements?

One of our core principles is complete transparency and being open source about the components of our different supplement products. We use all natural herbal extracts and biologically derived ingredients in our products. Unlike many of our competitors who hide behind proprietary blends and do not disclose the exact ingredients in their products, you can see each and every ingredient in our supplements by the milligram on our Supplement Facts labels.

Are the supplements safe?

Yes, all of the components of each of our supplements are safe and have been designated by the United States Food and Drug Administration as GRAS (Generally Regarded as Safe) or designated as a dietary supplement. We have reviewed each and every ingredient with our science and medical team and tested our products rigorously for safety and purity. Also, many of the ingredients are Ayurvedic herbs which have been used safely by tens of millions of people for thousands of years in India, and are also supported by numerous studies and decades of medical research. Our products are designed to be taken long term to support your health and nutrition.

Do they have any side effects?

None of our supplement ingredients have any known long or short term side effects based upon our review of the clinical research.

We are not able to provide specific medical advice or counsel and suggest that you consult with a physician if this issue is of concern.

How long does it take for the supplements to work?

Although some people may start to experience the effects of our supplements within the first use, in light of the fact that each of our formulas contain certain components that have active onset, we suggest that you take our respective supplements for at least 30 days in order to achieve the full effect of the components contained in our products, and of course, long term use is required in order to continue to obtain the full benefits to your health and nutrition.

Are they habit forming like caffeine?

First of all none of our products contain any caffeine unlike most of our competitors’ products. And there is no clinical evidence to suggest that any of our component ingredients create dependence or are habit-forming.

Is it ok to take all of the different products together?

Yes, there is no clinical evidence to suggest otherwise. Our medical team suggests that the products are complementary.

How do you source the ingredients?

We carefully select our raw material suppliers and conduct a thorough inspection and review of the supplier in order to ensure that we are obtaining the best quality ingredients available in the market. We select the highest quality and concentration of botanical herbs and extracts as ingredients in our supplements. Often, these raw materials are more expensive than what our competitors may use in their products, but we are committed to providing our customers with the very best and all natural supplements in the industry.

Where are the supplements manufactured?

Our products are formulated in New York City and manufactured in New York.

Does the FDA regulate these supplements?

Yes, dietary supplements are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) requires that information used on product labels and other marketing materials is truthful and not misleading. Additionally, the FDA requires that all dietary supplement manufacturers follow good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to ensure supplements are produced in a quality manner and are accurately labeled. FDA regulatory officials regularly inspect manufacturing facilities and review labels to ensure compliance.

Orders are processed within one business day and shipping is usually 3-5 days in the United States. Tracking information is provided with each order.

What is your return policy?

Do you offer a subscription plan and how does it work?

We offer subscription plans for all of our products. If you choose to subscribe to one of our products, you will receive a 10% discount. If you choose to subscribe to all of our products, you will receive a 20% discount. Simply choose the subscription option at checkout and create an account, and we will take care of the rest and make sure you get our products shipped to your doorstep every month.
